A dirty soda bar in the staff lounge is a fun way to say thank you during Teacher Appreciation Week. We set up during a planning period or lunch block, serve the whole staff in a single pass, and pack out before the buses line up, so it's a big moment without a big lift for the PTA.
Because everything is alcohol-free, it's cleared for a school day and for the kids. That opens up the whole calendar: staff back-to-school breakfasts in August, fall festivals in October, field day and end-of-year celebrations in May, senior send-offs, and booster-club nights.
For fundraisers, we love being the draw. A soda bar at a fall festival or a spring carnival gives families a reason to stop by your table and stay a while. Tell us the format you're thinking about and we'll talk through how to run it on the quote call.
Our menu is built on sodas people already drink, so there's something for the kindergarten teacher, the football coach, and the front-office team. We can also name a drink after your mascot, which is a fun touch for the staff.

Can you serve during the school day?
Yes. We can set up in the staff lounge during a planning period or lunch block. We arrive early, serve quickly, and leave the lounge clean.
Is there something for teachers who want less sugar?
Yes. We carry Diet Coke as a base and can build lighter drinks with less syrup and no cream, so everyone on staff can order something.
Can a PTA use the soda bar as a fundraiser?
We're happy to be the draw at a fall festival, carnival, or family night. Tell us the format you have in mind and we'll work out how to run it when we quote.
Do you handle district vendor paperwork?
Send us your campus or district vendor form and we'll get it back to you quickly. We'd rather do the paperwork early than have it hold up a date.
