Bid day, sisterhood events, philanthropy weeks, org fairs, and move-in at UT Austin, St. Edward's, and Texas State. Alcohol-free, which means it's cleared for campus.
Why it works
Made for campus & greek life.
Bid day is made for this. A build-your-own soda bar on the house lawn with cups in your chapter colors gives the new class something to hold in every photo. We also do sisterhood and brotherhood events, philanthropy weeks, parents' weekend, and senior send-offs.
For campus departments and student orgs, we serve org fairs, welcome week, move-in, residence hall programs, and finals-week treats. We plan for the logistics of a campus event: loading zones, tables, and a window that starts and ends on time.
We're happy to theme the menu for your event, whether that's a philanthropy color, a Longhorn orange creamsicle, or a drink named for the chapter. Tell us the vibe and the headcount and we'll build the setup.

Does a dirty soda bar work with chapter and campus alcohol policies?
Yes. Everything we serve is alcohol-free, so it's simple to explain to risk management and the campus event office.
Can you set up on the house lawn or in a campus courtyard?
Yes. We bring our own tables and ice and can work without power. We just need a level spot and shade in the warm months.
Can you use our chapter colors?
Absolutely. Cups, menu cards, and a signature drink in your colors are easy to add, and they make bid day photos pop.
How far ahead should we book for bid day?
As early as you know the date. Recruitment week at UT lands in mid-August and multiple chapters want the same day, so booking in early summer is smart.
